What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we never do.

Pensacola Premier Painting ("we", "us") is an owner-operated painting company based in Pensacola, FL. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use pensacolapremierpainting.com. It covers this website only — not what a third-party site does with your data if you reach us through one.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect the details you type into it:

  • Your name and phone number — both required, because we cannot return an estimate request without a way to reach you.
  • Your email address — optional.
  • The service you selected — optional.
  • Project details — optional free text, whatever you choose to write.

That is the complete list. The form asks for nothing else, and we do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive category of personal information anywhere on this website.

If you instead call, text or email us directly, we hold whatever you send us in that message for the same purpose and the same reasons described below.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors find and use the site. These set cookies and collect technical and usage data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you.

We deliberately do not send your name, phone number, email address or the text of your message to any analytics system. When you submit the form, the only thing recorded for analytics is that a submission happened, which form it came from, and which service category was selected.

Pages in the staff area of this site are excluded from analytics entirely.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your request — prepare and deliver an estimate, schedule a visit, and carry out work you hire us for.
  • To contact you about your project — by phone, text message or email, using the details you provided, about the request you made.
  • To keep our own records — quotes, scopes and completed work.
  • To improve the website — in aggregate, from the analytics described above.

We do not add you to a marketing list, a newsletter or an automated text campaign because you asked for an estimate. If we ever want to do any of those things, we will ask you first.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information. We never have and we do not intend to.
  • We do not rent, trade or share your details with other contractors or lead-generation services.
  • We do not publish your name, photographs of your property, or anything you told us as a testimonial or case study without asking you first.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of established service providers to run this website and our business. They process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms, and only for the purposes above:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Supabase — the database where quote requests are stored.
  • Resend — sends the notification email that puts your request in our inbox.
  • Google — Analytics and Tag Manager, as described above.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as they are useful to the business — an estimate you did not proceed with, a job we completed and warranted, a property we may be asked back to. Work we have completed carries a written 2-year workmanship warranty, so project records are retained at least for that period so we can honor it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see below.

Your choices

  • Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Email brendon@pensacolapremierpainting.com or call 850-208-2789. We will need enough detail to find your record, and we will act on reasonable requests promptly at no charge.
  • Correct anything wrong. Tell us and we will fix it.
  • Stop hearing from us. Say so on a call, in a reply, or by texting STOP to a text message from us, and we will stop contacting you.
  • Refuse analytics cookies. Every major browser can block or delete cookies, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site or to send us a quote request.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and quote requests travel encrypted. Our providers hold data on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — please do not send us anything genuinely sensitive through a website form.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we do not operate — a paint manufacturer, a map, a review platform. Following one of those links takes you somewhere this policy does not reach, and we are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.

Changes to this policy

If what we do with your information changes, we will update this page and move the date at the top of it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
